The Driving School agrees to  :-

1. Provide Student with Driving Lessons (Based upon the Packages)

2. Provide Driving Completion Certificate ( Based upon the Hours Completed)

3.Provide Students with Defensive Driving Training

1. The Student agrees to pay the specified fees for the driving instruction services provided by the Driving School. The fees and payment terms are outlined in a separate fee schedule, which is considered an integral part of this Agreement.

 2. All fees for packages and individual lessons must be paid in advance.

1. The Student agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling any driving lessons. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the missed lesson fee.

2. If the Student is more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the Driving School may charge a fee of $50. After the third repetitive missed appointment, the Student may be dropped from the program, and fees will be non-refundable.

1. The Student acknowledges that participating in driving lessons carries inherent risks and agrees to release the Truro Driving School, its instructors, and staff from any liability for personal injury, accidents, or damage to property that may occur during the course of instruction.

2. The Student further acknowledges and accepts personal responsibility for any accidents, damages, or injuries caused while Driving (Truro Driving School, its instructors, and staff) will not be liable for any damage howsoever caused, including their own negligence)

3. In the event that the Student wishes to have another student present during a driving session, both parties must sign a Waiver indicating their awareness and acceptance of the increased risk associated with having two students in the vehicle.

1. Any communication or notices relating to this Agreement must be submitted in writing and delivered in person or by  mail to the one of the staff members.

1.Any modifications or changes to this Agreement will only be valid if both parties agree and sign the updated version.

 1. If any section or provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
